BIBAs interviews ready for kick-off this week at Deepdale

Over two days, 160 interviews will take place across the 20 categories which will make up the Be Inspired Business Awards.

The traditional first round interviews are a face-to-face with a judging panel who will be grilling the interviewees and delving deeper into their application forms and testing the validity of any claims made during the sifting process.

Those who make the grade will move onto the final part of the judging process next month with the BIBAs bus tour makes its way around county, visiting the offices, warehouses, and studios where the magic happens.

But, in order to make it to the next stage, the applicants must impress the judges enough during the 45 minutes of interviews for their categories.

And for some businesses, they will have several interviews spread across the two days at Deepdale.

All scoring is done without conferring with fellow judges, making the BIBAs process the most transparent it can be, and scoring is done via a specialist online portal.

North End Events are this year’s sponsors for the interview stages of the BIBAs and have provided the sponsor suites and areas for the applicants while they await their turn in front of the judges.
